UCHM offers pre-made food baskets for the Thanksgiving holiday. These food baskets are graciously donated by Holy Spirit and Northeast Christian Church.

Applications for these baskets are open now. Applicants must reside in the 40206 zip code to be eligible. Please note that completing an application does not guarantee you will receive a basket. The number of baskets is limited and will be given out on a first come first serve basis.

Once you put in an application, we will reach out with confirmation that we have received it. We will notify you once you are able to pick up a basket. ID and proof of address will be required at pick up.
