United Learning Summer Camp Application

Thank you for your interest in the 2023 United Learning Summer Camp we currently have a waitlist for summer camp. We are pleased to offer a number of fun and interactive camps for children. Camp is open to children in grades 1-8 during June 5-June 16, after that date camp will only be eligible for children in grades 1-5 due to our partnership with JCPS Backpack league. Please submit an application for each child you wish to enroll in the 2023 United Learning Summer Camp. *Grades of eligibility are based on the 2022-2023 school year.*

Important Information about the United Learning Camp program:

Camp runs 9:30am – 2:30pm daily at UCHM (150 South State Street, Louisville, KY 40206)
Drop off is between 9:15am – 9:30am, Pick-up is between 2:30-2:45pm
We provide lunch and an afternoon snack.
Due to COVID-19, we follow all CDC guidelines to ensure that campers, staff and volunteers are safe, including required masks, social distancing, temperature checks, and screening.

Week 1: June 5 – June 9 – Summer Camp with Waterfront Botanical Gardens *This camp will take place at Waterfront Botanical Gardens. Drop off and Pick up at WBG.
Week 2: June 12- 15 – STEAM Stars (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math) Camp

Apply for weeks 3-6 for JCPS Backpack League via the parent portal to engage in fun activities and academic enrichment with a JCPS teacher and UCHM staff.

The United Learning Summer Camp includes 2-3 field trips per week. If you wish that your child not attend field trips, we cannot guarantee that we will have a staff member to remain on site during field trips.
