315 South Ewing Street
Rich with architectural detail and historical elements, this six-bedroom home comes alive with magical touches. Built after the Civil War, this Courier-Journal ‘Home of the Week’ is one of a kind!

200 Franck Avenue
This 1920’s Craftsman style home with converted attic boasts a contemporary open concept kitchen and family room. The outdoor space reflects the owners' love of gardening with multiple flower beds and a small vegetable and herb garden.

2237 Payne Street
This “Little Old House” serves as a sweet retreat in a functional way. A shotgun alive with character, it features stained glass, open pipe shelving, and an exposed brick chimney. The yard is abloom with plants chosen to attract butterflies, birds, and bees – part of the owner's commitment to living small and green, along with composting and growing organically.

809 East Washington Street
Built in 1889, this historic home was once owned by the Wesley House – a Christian organization created primarily to provide various services to children, young men and women – and eventually used as a daycare. Preserving as much of the original home as possible, the owner renovated it as two condos, featuring refurbished stained glass dating back to 1879.

911 Franklin Street
Nestled in the heart of Butchertown, this sun-filled home is the perfect pairing of historic and modern design. Built in 1846, it is charming and eclectic, featuring tall ceilings and original pine floors. This treasure is sure to delight historians and art-lovers alike! Take a sneak peak from when it was featured in Today's Woman Now.

Redefine Design on The Avenue
